As a result of your efforts you have done many things for our organization. The Overall design of our web site is outstanding but all the background links and descriptions have moved us in the top 3 or 4 of search engines for our category. And you were able to do all this within the budget we had to spend. I firmly believe we could have easily spend twice the money with another webmaster and not gotten the same value as you have provided us. Beyond the design work you also helped us with the new web store. Here are some of the improvements made to the store.

We are a Wholesaler of Socks, and on a given day we will have 30-40 internet orders come through our web site.

Here is some of the things practical things our new web site does for us.

• The time it took to manually enter the order into QuickBooks and the re-enter the same order information into UPS worldship took 3-5 minutes per order.
• With Miva Syncro the same order takes about 30 seconds to enter into both QuickBooks and also into the UPS Shipping program in Quickbooks, so the real time application helps us go from about 3-4 hours data entry per day, to about 15-20 minutes.
• Also another big advantage with Miva Syncro is there are no data entry mistakes. The same data that is entered by the customers is what we get into QuickBooks, which cuts our data entry errors to almost zero.

This is the 3rd web site we have been involved in over the past 10 years and this is by far the best we could ever hope for. We could not be happier with you and your work, it does everything promised and more.
