Privacy Policy
The information we collect is used for internal review and processing of services and is not sold or distributed to any third parties. Third Eye Imagery LLC is a Anti-Spam company. All payment information is destroyed after services rendered or any contract is dissolved. Clients information will be disclosed when legally required to do so, at the request of governmental authorities conducting an investigation.

Materials & Copyright / Trademark
The client represents to Third Eye Imagery LLC and unconditionally guarantees that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, other artwork and/or materials furnished to Third Eye Imagery LLC for inclusion in any web pages, website(s) and/or print materials are owned by the client, or that the client has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements, and will hold harmless, defend and protect Third Eye Imagery LLC and its subcontractors from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished by the client and/or any other materials displayed or used on web pages, website(s) and/or print materials.

Search Engine and Web Directory Rankings/Listings
Third Eye Imagery LLC does not guarantee listings or placements on any search engines and/or web directories. The client accepts that it is the search engines and/or web directories and not Third Eye Imagery LLC who determines what engines and/or listing they show up on and their ranking/position. The client further understands there is no guaranteed placement or ranking/position on the search engines and/or web directories. Third Eye Imagery LLC waives all responsibility as to current website(s) or web page(s) ranking/position and/or placement and is not responsible for any change in ranking/position and/or placement in the search engines and/or web directories due to website(s) and/or web page(s) changes, redesign, server changes or any other service rendered by Third Eye Imagery LLC.

Electronic Commerce "eCommerce" Laws & Compliancy
It is the clients responsibility to ensure compliancy with laws and policies regarding the sale of goods and services online. The client agrees that the client is solely responsible for complying with such laws, taxes, and tariffs, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend Third Eye Imagery LLC and its subcontractors from any claim, suit, penalty, tax, or tariff arising from the client's exercise of Internet electronic commerce.

Clients are encouraged to read agreement terms carefully and thoroughly
and ask questions of Third Eye Imagery LLC if they need clarification.
