| Setting up Email with Outlook |
Please follow the steps given below to configure the outlook express for your mail account.
1. Open outlook express
2. Select Tool tab.
3. Select accounts
4. If the account is already existing select the account and click on remove tab.
5. Now select Add -> Mail
6. Enter the display name
7. Email address
8. Incoming mail (mail.yourdomain.com )
9. Outgoing mail (mail.yourdomain.com)
10 . Enter the account name
11. Enter account password
12. Click Finish.
13. Select the currently created account and click on properties tab.
14. Under general tab make sure there is check mark at "Include this account while synchronizing"
15. Under server tabs make sure there is check mark at "my server requires authentication"
16. Under advanced tab make sure there is a check mark at "Leave a copy of message on server."
